Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation

Orders/services may be cancelled before processing begins. Once processed, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain digital products/services may not be eligible for refunds once delivered or activated.

4. Failed Transactions

If an amount is deducted but the transaction fails, the amount will usually be refunded automatically by the bank/payment gateway within standard banking timelines.
